Run ‘memsqlctl enable-high-availability’ on the host containing the master aggregator.
This will automatically update the 'redundancy_level' of the master aggregator from 1 to 2, and evenly assign leaves to availability groups 1 and 2 (by removing and re-adding them). Usage: memsql-admin enable-high-availability [flags] Flags: -h, --help help for enable-high-availability -p, --password STRING the SQL password for re-adding the leaves --skip-disk-check do not check that each leaf node has at least half of its disk space free --user string the SQL user for re-adding the leaves (default "root") Global Flags: --cache-file FILE_PATH File path for the Toolbox node cache -c, --config FILE_PATH the Toolbox configuration file path -j, --json Enable JSON output --parallelism int Maximum amount of operations to be run in parallel --runtime-dir DIRECTORY_PATH where to put Toolbox runtime data --state-file FILE_PATH the Toolbox state file path -v, --verbosity count Increase logging verbosity -y, --yes Enable non-interactive mode and assume the user would like to move forward with the proposed actions by default
This command is interactive unless you use either the
flags to override interactive behavior.
